Shanghai Zhilian Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is a hygiene machinery specialist focusing on the design and production of converting machines for medical products and hygienic products meant for adults, women, pets, and babies.

Located in Shanghai, with a production facility spanning more than 9,000 square meters, we have excellent support facilities with easy transportation access for shipping anywhere in the world. To better serve our customers in the production of advanced equipment, our facilities are outfitted with more than 30 pieces of highly precise equipment, including lathes, grinders, mills, drillers and planers, as well as large gantry mills and CNC milling machines. We are also equipped with an array of inspection and detection machines and systems to ensure all products that leave our factory have a guaranteed performance.

Aided by senior management, design, mechanical, and electrical control personnel, as well as expert technicians for installation, debugging, sales, and services who all have more than 20 years of experience in the disposable hygienic product manufacturing industry, we have an outstanding production capacity to meet a high volume of customer needs.

Our annual production capacity is 30 to 40 hygiene converting machines, though the specific amount varies according to the machine model. To date, ZHILIAN has manufactured over 500 lines for the manufacturing of disposable hygienic products.
